Dragonflies of the Serra dos Orgaos

Few people who are keen on chasing Odonata in the tropics will have failed to hear about the incredible diversity of species present in the Atlantic Forest of Brazil. Previous trips based at the Guapi Assu Lodge have recorded in excess of 150 species. Over 200 species have been recorded in the catchment to date.  Our aim is to search out and photograph as many of these species as possible.

Tour price is £2600 (deposit £300), single supplement is £330. Tribal discounts will occur at point of invoice if the £ rallies post-Brexit, the tour fills and you have travelled with us before...

The entire tour is based at the comfortable Guapi Assu lodge run by the REGUA Foundation.

You need to get to Rio de Janeiro (GIG) on 2nd February and leave from there on 14th February.
